The studio is led by James Wood, with Varunee Suwannpit overseeing accounting and operations. We work with a small, flexible network of contractors, allowing us to stay lean while moving quickly.

We design and ship production-ready systems ranging from AI-powered platforms and web applications to immersive VR and interactive 3D experiences. Much of our work lives in the gaps between disciplines — where standard tools fall short and custom development is required.
Recent projects include b2blead.ai, a SaaS product that combines conversational AI, automation, and data ingestion to turn website traffic into qualified B2B leads. It reflects how we approach all our work: fast iteration, clear thinking, and a focus on delivering systems that actually get used.
